All forms for staffing agency startup - $300
Need your staff trained as PCA'S? We offer 20 hour training(2 days) at $100.00 per person/5 person minimum for agencies.
Private Pay is $100.00 per person to cover staffing with a partnering agency
Need help with your first inservice? $50.00 per hour/2 hour minimum - we will train your staff at your location or our office
Office file compliance review: Previous clients $200/ $300(forms not created by us)
Need an Administrator but don't have an office away from home? Check out our Virtual Administrator Service. Rates start at $25.00 per day (8 hrs). Virtual answering service, $20 per day.

Consulting and Training to include:
1. Initial Consultation to determine your knowledge of business and a plan of action to complete process
We assist business owners with: Setup of DBA, Incorporation or LLC, Tax ID and NPI number for your home care agency at additional cost.
2. Completion of Policies and Procedures manual including forms
- Completion of Home Care Business License Application
- Uploading documents
- Everything required to successfully operate as a licensed home care agency, customized for your business. Complete Georgia DCH specific home care policies and procedures, customized by our home care consultants.
Completion Of Any Necessary Plans Of Correction from initial application when submitted in a timely manner.
3. 1 In Person and/or Virtual Training and Coaching session prior to Licensing
4. Phone Support during business hours of 7A-5P, M-F up to 30 days after

We are available to you personally in preparation of your initial on-site state survey to answer questions and provide support for an additional cost of $100.00 per hr/1hr minimum.
- We will:
- Educate you on industry best practices.
- Assist with Answering Questions and Concerns.
- Review existing files for compliance
